Founder, Swiss Chris is the former Music Director and Drummer for 5 time Grammy Winner John Legend and is a Grammy winner himself.
Swiss is releasing his first solo music cd shortly on Virgin-CPR. Many well known musicians and artists have collaborated with him on this work that is described as "Conscious" and Urban. Some of the people on his new release are Wyclef Jean, Chuck D, Billy Cobham, Public Enemy scratcher Johnny Juice and many others.
Swiss Chris has done many benefits for Aung San Suu Kyi, The Freedom Campaign, Children of Haiti, Rights groups, Disabled children and many others. Please visit his music site listed on the right column here.
The SWISS Organizations basic mission:
- recognition of Universal Declaration of Human Rights (the entire document can be read in our "About Us" page)
- Motivational education thru music & sound
- resolve conflicts through peaceful means with use of musical instruments
- collaborations with various artists in all genres of music for multimedia performances
- educational workshops for beginner to advanced drum students in the history of African, African- American and cultures of African decent based music.

EuroRockn Peace Tours and Peace Full Sail EuroRockn are some of the programs Lou has brought to the S.W.I.S.S. Org. Our peace sailing tour took to the oceans in February 2008 on a 60 ft sail boat. EuroRockn's mission is in line with SWISS as well as to bring many different people and cultures together to show the world we can and will work together for a peaceful solution to problems.
EuroRockn was created by Lou to show the world that we can all get along no matter what color, religion, nationality or even genre of music we identify with. Putting together many different people in one small environment is a challenge and has its difficulties but in the long run, we work out many problems and difficulties working and living together. We understand music is the language understood by all people and that music has been and will always be the one 'language' that brings us together.
Our Peace Full Sail EuroRockn voyages have been never ending since we set sail with Skipper Detlef Kowelewski and the crew. Last year we set out from Europe with 10 musicians and artists, changed crews for another mission and yet another. Our missions are to bring awareness that we can all get along and world peace is not just a dream, but a reality in the making. We also bring with us on each sail books for children, reading glasses, clothing and some food-all to share, all for free. Lou has also signed a contract with a major publisher to publish his book Internationally. Tentatively titled "A One Step Guide to World Peace", the book will demonstrate that Peace begins within ones own heart and soul. It will go on how we can apply this to not only within, but to share this uncovered gift with the world. It is due for publishing in early spring.
